Open the ReMote app and go to Settings, then Plan & Billing, to switch to Pro. You can also do it from this page. There are no commitments, and you can cancel anytime.
Yes. ReMote is free and includes dictation and the Notetaker, with generous weekly usage. You never need a credit card to start. ReMote Pro removes the limits and keeps more meetings for longer. Teams with advanced security and support needs can reach out to our Sales team about Enterprise.
Yes. ReMote free plan includes the Notetaker with speaker identification, the ability to ask questions about any meeting, and MCP access so your notes work in Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools. Free accounts have a weekly meeting limit, and ReMote Pro includes more meetings kept for longer.
Yes. You can manage your subscription under Plan & Billing in the ReMote Desktop App. If you need help, reach out through our Support Portal.
ReMote is free for everyone, students and non-profits included. If you want ReMote Pro, students and educators with an education email get 50% off, and non-profits get a discounted rate.
Your limit resets every week, and we'll give you a heads-up before your last meeting so you're never caught off guard. Quick recordings under five minutes don't count toward your limit. If you need more, ReMote Pro includes higher limits.
Notetaker runs on Mac and Windows. Mobile is on the roadmap.
No. ReMote works right on your device, so there's no bot joining your calls and nothing for other participants to let into the meeting. It works with any meeting app, and with in-person conversations too.
Yes, although we are rolling it out to users gradually. The Notetaker is included in your Pro subscription at no extra cost, with higher meeting limits and longer note retention than the free plan.
Yes. ReMote Pro supports both individuals and teams. With Pro, you can:
